Purposely designed for short term and long term stays, our rooms at Oxygen Senior Living are spacious and with comfortable beds, spotless washrooms, and functional kitchenettes. All rooms are Well Ventilated, Well lit up, Spacious and Comfortable. All rooms have Refrigerators, LED TV with satellite connection. All rooms have attached washrooms fitted with water heaters (geyser), 24 hrs hot and cold water, Power Back up.  Some rooms have a kitchenette fitted with RO water purifier.
Our rooms and the services we provide, which include daily food requirements, daily room cleaning and maintenance makes Oxygen Senior Living the perfect place for you and your family to stay for days, weeks or months.

The longer you stay, the lesser you pay! Our mission at Oxygen Senior Living is to make sure that all our guests are comfortable and affordable. There are no hidden charges. No extra charges as cleaning. Normal electricity tariffs are included in your room rent. 

Our aim is to take over your daily chores to ensure that you have a comfortable relaxing stay. The moment you move into our premises, you will forget your daily mental tension of cleaning and maintaining your home, laundry etc., Leave that to us and enjoy your stay…

STAYING CHARGES :

* Sharing accommodation for 3 people in a room with attached washroom : Rs.12000/- per month.

* Twin Sharing accommodation in a room with attached washroom : Rs.15000/- per month.

* Exclusive room with attached washroom (depending on extra facility and location of the room) includes daily housekeeping and laundry  : Rs.21,000/- to Rs.27000/- per month. 

Exceptions / Deserving people who cannot pay anything can be considered if they can contribute or help in administration, housekeeping, accounts or who can pay later.

Besides staying charges, food charges of Rs.9000/- (room service extra, if required) will be charged which includes: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner .Morning and Evening Tea,

These charges are annual charges. The charges may increase from 15% to 75% depending on the duration of stay. If the stay is continuous without break even after one year or for a lifetime, there will be no increment in staying charges.

For short stay : From 3 days up to 9 days, charges will be @Rs2100/- per day per person including meals.
